I have now launched “SmartSeniorChoices” to offer specialized guidance to seniors, like me, to navigate living and lifestyle decisions as we age.

This includes real estate decisions, and financial strategies—helping seniors create a living environment that supports their independence, security, and overall quality of life.

I live with my wife in a rural area just east of San Diego. We love morning walks with our three dogs. I have also been fortunate enough to travel to such wonderful countries such as Nepal and Africa.
